Leon and Barbara, an elderly couple, after years of marriage live next to each other rather than with each other. For him the most important thing is his beloved Fiat 125, which in fact he doesn’t use, because he’s afraid to leave home. She divides her time between watering ferns and visiting funerals of her friends. Their ordinary world turns upside down one very ordinary afternoon, when their old friend Richard makes them a visit and presents an offer they can’t refuse - to cultivate marijuana for money. |
