Eight people awaken in a white room with needle marks on their necks, no way out, and no memory of how they got there in the first place. Within moments of awakening, the group is attacked by a monstrous creature. They battle to stay alive, and discover the room has provided them ways to do so. It has also provided them ways to betray each other. When several of their group begin to develop supernatural abilities, mysteries deepen and tensions rise.
