Details:

Between 2004 and 2006, the U.S. experienced a shortage of gypsum wallboard because of the housing boom in states such as Florida. Consequently, drywall was imported from China to build many U.S. homes. After a couple of years, this type of drywall became tainted and problems began to arise in these new buildings; problems including, but not limited to: the scent of rotten egg, respiratory illnesses, nosebleeds, pet injuries, and even the corrosion of coils and other household metals. At least 3,000 homeowners to date have filed Chinese drywall lawsuits. these innocent homeowners are now fighting back for the safety of their families, as well as getting what they deserve in the first place: their dream homes.
