Since 2008, there have been 64 deaths in Manchester canals in England and the number is rising. The public think there may be a serial killer on the loose, but Greater Manchester Police are denying there is any such person. This documentary follows the efforts of documentary filmmaker Gary Jay who puts himself in danger by touring the killers hunting ground totally alone with just a camera in the early hours of the morning in order to find the truth. Brilliant short documentary. |
