Dr. Kirby Borkowski is at the height of his career. His invention, the Phase Shift Crosswalk Assistance Matrix, has been nominated for a prestigious award. After winning, his celebration is cut short by the surprise appearance of his mother. In a world where the mother figure is worshiped, Kirby is at odds with society; he hates his mother. When she is invited onto stage to share in his glory, Kirby panics. He trips and inadvertently triggers his colleague’s time machine. He is transported to the beginning of the 21st century where he pays the ultimate price for ignoring the motherly wisdom, remember to look both ways before crossing the street. |
