City of Angels (2010)

The film involves a story all too familiar with the inner city youth these days. Two brothers, Tracy aka “Tre”, and Troy become fed up with living in poverty in the murder capitol of Philadelphia with already over 217 homicides as of July 2007. With their father deceased and their mother in drug treatment, they decided to take matters into their own hands just to get by.
