“Last Day on Earth” is a thought-provoking science fiction drama, a short film which explores the meaning of life through the eyes of an extra-terrestrial observer. The film follows an alien on reconnaissance on his last day on Earth. His own species is plotting an invasion of Earth and the alien is the key to its destruction. But on this last day the alien realizes he has fallen in love with humans. Before returning home he decides to give something back - a puzzle to be solved by someone who will eventually become Earth’s savior. |
