Curtis is a wealth management consultant and Emma runs a successful dance studio, but what each really wants is a serene life by the water. Leaving the hustle and bustle of the big city life doesn't mean that they'll be completely isolated--their new home needs to include a place to entertain Curtis' financial clients and Emma's dance students. Their search for the perfect property takes them to a modern retreat on a quiet canal, a contemporary home with an amazing outdoor cabana space, and a large traditional style property with a magnificent two-sided stone fireplace. One of these luxurious houses will become Curtis and Emma's serene retreat.
